GLG Space is a work chat where a message can become a task with a due date both people agree on. Calls, shared tables and dispatch boards sit in the same place, and messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Cards stay editable after they’re posted. You change a poll or a checklist with a form, not by retyping it.

Your camera sits in a corner of the recording, and it’s sent straight into the chat.

The transcript is made in your browser as you record, not by a paid service.
Tasks pinned to the second
Pin a task to the moment you mention it. It lands in the assignee’s task list right away, even before they press play.

Record a one-on-one call. The file is saved on your device and never uploaded.

Guests join from a waiting room with a room password. No account needed, and the meeting chat isn’t saved after it ends.

After a call you can ask for a summary of its transcript. That’s one of the two places GLG Space uses AI, and only when you ask. How AI is used

Fleet dispatch

Paste tomorrow’s dispatch. Get a board your drivers update.

Most schedules start as a message like the one below. Paste it into /fleet and GLG Space splits it into trucks, crews and stops. This runs the same parser the app uses, in your browser.

Time in, time out, with location
Drivers tap once at each stop. The location is added in the background, so a weak signal never holds them up.
Proof of delivery on the stop
Photos of signed documents are attached to the stop they belong to.
A live card for managers
Forward a card that updates as trucks move. Managers see progress without joining the drivers’ chat.
Last-minute changes are acknowledged
Revised trips are marked as revised, and the crew confirms they saw the change.
Trucking partners see only their trips
Invite a third-party coordinator with a link. They sign in with Google and see the trips assigned to them, nothing else.

Download the day’s trips, stops and times from the command board.

Privacy

What we can see, and what we can’t.

Messages are encrypted on your phone or computer before they’re sent. Our servers pass them along, then delete them.

The app also exchanges keys between devices, so only the people in a chat can decrypt it. This box shows the encryption step on its own.

Encrypted before it leaves your device
Messages, tasks and task titles are encrypted on your phone or computer. We don’t have the keys.
Deleted from our server once delivered
The server holds an encrypted message only until the devices it’s meant for receive it. Your history lives on your devices.
Backups go to your own Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, your history is encrypted and saved to a hidden folder there. We don’t keep backups.
Call history stays on your device
Call logs and one-on-one recordings are kept on your device only.
Two-step sign-in
Protect your account with an authenticator app.
Security logs, kept 180 days
Sign-ins and admin actions are logged for the 180 days the Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175) requires, then moved out of the live system.
Where AI is used
Only in two places, and only when you use them: /fleet can send the schedule you paste to Google Gemini, and a call summary sends that call’s transcript to Cloudflare Workers AI. Neither trains on it.

Before you sign in.

How do I sign up?

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open app.glgspace.com in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen, on iPhone or Android. On a computer, install it from the browser. There isn’t an app store version yet.

Can GLG Space read my messages?

No. They’re encrypted before they leave your device, and we don’t hold the keys. The only exceptions are the two AI features in the privacy section, and only when you use them.

What if I lose my phone?

If you connected Google Drive backup, sign in on your new device and your history is restored from the encrypted copy in your Drive.

Is it built for Philippine privacy law?

It’s built around the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Data is kept only as long as it’s needed, and you can ask for your account data to be deleted. Security logs are kept for the 180 days the Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175) requires.
